What to expect: FOUNDATION = Breathing & mental focus techniques
FORM = Physical and mental alignment FUNCTION = Strength and range of motion movement practices Nervous system re-calibration tools Discussion time allotted
Think of the F3 Method as a preventative practice to ease the accumulated effects your career may have on your health, wellness and nervous system over time. PLUS, it provides a performance enhancing toolkit that you can pull out at any moment, any where, anytime.
Our F3 Method is an accumulation of techniques, trainings and practices such as body mechanics, isometric strengthening tactics, flexibility work, breathing and focusing techniques, relaxation strategies, trauma related symptom recovery tools plus MUCH more.
Come dressed as you are; whether in action or off, this workshop is to teach quick interventions to keep you at optimal performance.
Spaces are limited as we like to keep the numbers low due to the nature of the practice so make sure to connect with us to register or even to inquire.
